The Congress has announced six candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections, renominating Abhishek Singhvi and Phulo Devi Netam. The party also fielded nominees from Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. The elections are scheduled for March 16
