A dug-up stretch of road near the Nallakunta-Vidyanagar Vegetable Market has been causing problems for residents, commuters and vendors for over two months. Water-filled potholes and debris have made travel difficult, while vendors say the poor road condition has affected business.
Hyderabad-based RR Constructions has been fined ₹2.81 lakh by TG RERA for failing to register its Adikmet project. The builder must apply for an Occupancy Certificate and resolve several structural and quality complaints within 30 days.
