Hashmatullah Shahidi has stepped down as Afghanistan's ODI captain after leading the side for more than three years. He guided Afghanistan to a historic 2023 ODI World Cup campaign and their maiden ICC Champions Trophy appearance. The ACB will soon announce his successor.
