Prior to his present appointment, he was the Deputy Chief of Air Staff at Air HQ (VB); he is a Category 'A' qualified flying instructor with over 4,500 hours of flying experience
On arrival, he was received by AS Minhas, Air Officer Commanding, Air Commodore who briefed him on diverse flying training activities being undertaken at the station
