YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy accused the Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government of suppressing democracy and free speech after the party’s official Facebook page was restricted. TDP spokesperson Neelayapalem Vijay Kumar countered that the restriction was due to repeated violations of cyber laws, not political vendetta.
The state Cabinet, at its meeting presided by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, gave its approval for the works which were cleared by the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) on Monday.
