Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij on November 26 had announced that a three-member drafting committee has been formed to frame law on "love jihad" in the state.

The 67-year-old minister was given the first shot on November 20.

The 67-year-old is a senior leader of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a legislator from Ambala Cantt assembly constituency.

He had offered to be the first volunteer for the third phase trial of Covaxin, which started in the state today.

Bharat Biotech had on Monday said the Phase 3 trial of Covaxin will involve 26,000 volunteers across 25 centres in India and is being conducted in partnership with the ICMR.
