Chhattisgarh ATS detained two boys in Raipur for alleged links with Pakistan-based ISIS modules. The minors were radicalised online via Instagram, attempted to spread extremist content, and were booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, officials said.
The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), with Telangana police support, searched the Hyderabad home of Dr Ahmed Mohiuddin Sayeed, arrested last week along with two others for allegedly plotting terror activities. Police claim Mohiuddin was preparing ricin and had links to ISKP via Telegram.
UP ATS arrested Jalaluddin alias Chhangur Baba and his aide for leading a religious conversion gang targeting vulnerable individuals. They allegedly lured people through marriage and money, violating the state’s conversion law. Two other accused are already in custody.
