A police ASI allegedly opened fire on villagers in Bihar's Madhubani district after being surrounded outside a woman's house, killing one person and injuring three others. The accused officer, identified as Chandramohan Singh, has been suspended and booked for murder. Police have formed special teams to arrest him as he remains absconding.
