A woman travelling on the Bagmati Express gave birth to a baby boy after developing labour pain near Warangal railway station on Saturday. Railway officials halted the train at Ramagundam and shifted the mother and newborn to Godavarikhani Government Area Hospital
Four passengers are reported to be in serious condition. Southern Railway has launched a high-level probe into the accident. The Bagmati Express, traveling from Mysuru to Darbhanga, collided with a stationary goods train at 8:30 PM on Friday.
