Rahul Gandhi has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting that Bahujan Samaj Party founder Kanshi Ram be awarded the Bharat Ratna posthumously. The Congress leader highlighted Kanshi Ram’s role in mobilising Dalits and marginalised communities.
