The ECI has strongly refuted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s recent allegations of large-scale voter list manipulation, particularly in the Mahadevapura Assembly segment of Bangalore Central. In response to Gandhi's press conference, the ECI has challenged him to legally stand by his claims by signing a statutory declaration under Rule 20(3)(b) of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.
