Property taxes in the Hyderabad region covered by the newly formed Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) and Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) will be governed by the newly notified CURE Act, 2026.
