Members of the pro-Kannada group Karnataka Rakshana Vedike allegedly vandalised a Hindi signboard at BEL Circle in Bengaluru, protesting against the "imposition of Hindi." Police registered an FIR for rioting and destruction of public property, and further investigation is underway.
