Gujarat Police’s CID Crime has filed an FIR against the Bharatiya National Janata Dal (BNJD) and four office-bearers over an alleged bogus donation racket worth Rs 1,143.85 crore. The Income Tax Department claims the scheme involved fake receipts, intermediary firms, and hawala channels.
