The NHAI has suspended toll collection on a 28.71-km stretch of the Amritsar–Jamnagar Expressway due to repair work. The move offers relief to commuters while roadwork progresses on this critical Bharatmala corridor linking northern states to western ports.
As the process of unlocking started from June onwards in a phased manner, activities in construction and various projects have picked up and the demand in the domestic steel market has surged, said P K Rath
