Russian President Vladimir Putin departed New Delhi on Sunday after attending the 18th BRICS Summit and holding bilateral talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two leaders reviewed bilateral cooperation and discussed conflicts in West Asia and the Black Sea region.
