In a bid to check pollution, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Friday announced that Tuesdays will now be designated as 'car-free' days in Karnal.

The Chief Minister said the government acted with restraint as soon as they received information about the incident on the afternoon of July 31.
