According to official sources, at least 294 fresh Covid-19 cases and 51 more deaths were reported in the state on Saturday in Uttar Pradesh.

Standalone shops and commercial establishments dealing with essential items like groceries, vegetables, milk, meat, fish, animal feed, fodder shall remain open from 6 am to 12 noon.

Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday recorded 4,788 fresh coronavirus cases taking the tally of infected persons to 2,11,742.

The curfew, which was earlier scheduled to end on 7 am on Monday, has been extended.

The Karnataka government has imposed 'corona curfew' between 10 pm to 5 am in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Tumkuru, Udupi and Manipal till April 20.
