Adah Sharma’s first look as Shivranjani Acharya in Haatak has been unveiled. The crime thriller, directed by debutant Ajay K Sharmaa, explores power, morality and choices, with Adah glad that filmmakers are casting her in diverse roles after The Kerala Story.
Set in Hawaii, the untitled drama, to be written by author and journalist Nick Bilton, will centre on a turbulent time when an aspiring mob boss battled rival crime factions to wrest control of the underworld of the Hawaiian islands in the 1960s - 1970s
'Animals' was supposed to begin production in 2024 but faced significant delays. The film, headlined and helmed by Affleck, is now scheduled to start the filming process in April
