Panic broke out at Patna University on Teachers’ Day after a crude sutli bomb was allegedly hurled into the campus from the Ashok Rajpath double-decker bridge. The blast caused loud noise and smoke but no casualties.
Minor explosions at a closed clubhouse in Paikpara, north Kolkata, early Saturday morning triggered panic among residents. The blasts blew off the tin roof and doors, with eyewitnesses reporting at least five loud explosions.
