Educationist Sonam Wangchuk has accused the Ladakh administration of conducting a "witch-hunt" against HIAL and Desert Flower School, alleging the action is aimed at silencing dissent over government policies. He claimed the notice against the school is intended to create panic among parents and linked the move to his criticism of the administration's decisions on liquor, tourism, land and environmental issues.
