Andhra Pradesh launched the ‘Divyang Shakti’ scheme to provide free bus travel to persons with disabilities. Covering APSRTC services, the initiative benefits 12.76 lakh people, enhances access to education, healthcare, and employment, with an annual budget of Rs 207 crore.
