A wall collapse and landslides on the outskirts of the capital resulted in 19 deaths. Two weather systems, one along Guatemala's Pacific coast and another in the Gulf of Mexico that developed into Tropical Storm Alberto, have brought heavy rains to southern Mexico and Central America.
