Families of migrant workers who died in the Emirates Road crash in Dubai have begun receiving financial assistance under Dr Shamsheer Vayalil's Rs 2.6-crore humanitarian relief package. Each bereaved family is receiving Rs 26 lakh, with educational support for children also being planned.
