The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has tested a new facility enabling subscribers to withdraw provident fund savings directly into their bank accounts via UPI. The EPFO also plans to introduce WhatsApp-based services for balance checks, claim tracking, and grievance redressal.
