The State Task Force of the Prohibition and Excise Department seized 141 bottles of non-duty-paid liquor during vehicle checks at Pahadishareef near the airport. Officials said the liquor was being smuggled from other States, causing revenue loss to the State.
Hyderabad Excise STF arrested three people, including a US citizen, and seized 33.3 grams of cocaine from a racket on Abid Road. Police are tracing the absconding suspect and the larger network behind the drug smuggling operation.
