Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai announced a hike in ex gratia for families of fallen soldiers to ₹50 lakh, along with higher grants for gallantry awardees, disabled soldiers, and widows, besides a stamp duty exemption for servicemen and dependents.
