Telegram was found guilty of committing an administrative offence for failing to restrict access to information when such restriction is required by Russian law, the court said in a statement
The police reported that between August 24 and November 21, a total of 13,933 motorists were booked for driving under the influence. Additionally, 824 drunk drivers were sentenced to imprisonment ranging from 1 to 10 days, while 227 others were ordered to complete 2 days of social service.
