The Padmanagar integrated market in Karimnagar, built at a cost of Rs 13 crore under the Smart City programme, remains unused a year after its inauguration. Meanwhile, three more integrated markets are under construction, including a Rs 14.05 crore facility near the Collector’s Camp Office.
