Fuel shortages in Hyderabad due to Middle-East tensions have disrupted LPG and CNG supplies, hitting app-based drivers and food delivery workers. Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Union (TGPWU) has sought urgent government intervention into the matter.
The company, which currently charges Rs 5 as a platform fee to customers, clarified it had 'teased' to a "very small set of users" of Rs 10 as an experiment but was never implemented.
