Analysts said, the concerns over the 'Delta' variant of Covid-19 and rising oil prices have weighed in on the investor sentiments.

With net outflow so far in this month, the net FPIs investments in 2021 stands at Rs 58,095 crore.

In April, the total net outflow from the Indian capital markets (both equity and debt) stood at Rs 9,435 crore.

Foreign portfolio investors (FPI) invested a net Rs 25,787 crore into equities but pulled out Rs 2,124 crore from the bonds market during February 1-26, the depositories data showed.

According to FPI statistics available with depositories, overseas investors pumped in a net of Rs 19,473 crore into equities but pulled out Rs 4,824 crore from the debt segment between January 1 and January 29.
