Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, along with Deputy Chief Minister and State Congress President D. K. Shivakumar, will offer their final respects to Kasturirangan. Members of the public can pay their last respects at the Raman Research Institute in Bengaluru on Sunday between 10 a.m. and noon.
