The Wholesale Price Index for January, which shows the wholesale inflation rate, will be released on Monday.

The dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, fell 0.06 per cent to 90.38.

In terms of value, FPIs ownership reached an all-time high of Rs 41.83 lakh crore as of December, 2020, up 29 per cent from Rs 32.47 lakh crore in the preceding quarter

Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty rose 97.20 points or 0.73 per cent to an all-time closing high of 13,355.75. It touched its record intra-day peak of 13,366.65 in early trade.
