US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Mumbai on an official visit to India and is scheduled to hold talks with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on strengthening bilateral ties. Discussions are expected to focus on trade, defence, energy, investment, emerging technologies, and regional and global developments.
