A 28-year-old fruit vendor from Uttar Pradesh was arrested in Hyderabad's KPHB for allegedly raping a minor girl. Police said the accused allegedly lured the Class VII student into her house, assaulted her and threatened her, leading to his arrest under the POCSO Act.
