The mother of missing youth Gade Sai Krishna, who allegedly died due to custodial torture in Vijayawada, threatened to immolate herself if her son’s ashes were not handed over. She accused former police inspector SSVV Nagaraju of killing and secretly cremating her son.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court adjourned a PIL seeking a CBI probe into the custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna after being told that an SIT had been formed earlier and SHO S.S.V.V. Nagaraju had been arrested in the case.
