Chhattisgarh police foiled a parcel bomb murder plot by a 20-year-old electrician infatuated with a married woman. The IED, hidden in a speaker, exposed an explosives smuggling racket linked to a Durg quarry, leading to seven arrests and major seizures.
The incident had occurred near Mamillapalle village in Kalasapadu mandal when the labourers were unloading gelatin stick from a vehicle for using them at a limestone mine.
