GMR Aero Technic and StandardAero have signed an agreement to establish GAT as an authorised service centre for on-wing engine support in the Asia-Pacific region, offering airlines services including inspections, engine replacements, preservation, software upgrades and logistics support.
GMR Aero Technic has signed a licensing agreement with Honeywell Aerospace to repair and overhaul critical line-replaceable units used in LEAP engines powering Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, reducing turnaround times and improving maintenance support for airlines across the region.
GMR Aero Technic has signed an agreement with Boeing Defence India to undertake Phase 56 heavy maintenance checks for the Indian Navy’s Boeing P-8I aircraft fleet at its Hyderabad MRO facility, including structural upgrades, inspections, painting and system enhancements.
