Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy said the Medigadda, Annaram and Sundilla barrages under the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme will not be operated until rehabilitation works are completed and certified by national authorities. He stressed that safety and sustainability take precedence over politics.
