Home sales in Hyderabad dropped 6 per cent year-on-year in Q2 2025, with 11,513 units sold. Though quarterly sales and new launches saw minor growth, high prices and affordability concerns are slowing demand, especially in the budget and mid-income housing segments

However, prices in the primary market remain unchanged. Demand from NRI buyers went up significantly.

In the first half of calendar 2020, residential launches were down by 46 per cent year-on-year to 60,489 units except for Kolkata which showed an increase of 37 per cent.
