A 28-year-old migrant worker from Uttar Pradesh was killed and his friend critically injured after a speeding water tanker allegedly rammed their motorcycle near the Puppalaguda Toll Gate in Narsingi. Police are examining CCTV footage to determine the cause of the accident.
