Addressing villagers after laying the foundation stone for a two-lane bridge at a cost of Rs 3.53 crore at Chowdaram village in Chinnakodur mandal on Thursday, Harish Rao said Rythu Bandhu and round the clock free power supply were also helping the farming community.
