The 39-year-old singer shared an Instagram post that features her grooving to Aerosmith's 'Crazy,' in which she addressed the documentary for the first time, writing that she hasn't watched it but was "embarrassed" by the parts she did see and "cried for two weeks."

The Article 15 actor captioned the post with a short self-written poem that talks about pictures speaking more than humans in the real world.

I'm so grateful that I can honestly say for the first time in my life - my dietitian looked at me and said 'This is what eating disorder recovery looks like'," she wrote along with the photos.
