In a televised address on Friday, Ramaphosa declared, "Today, the ICJ ruling in The Hague is a triumph for international law, human rights, and, most importantly, justice."
"In the event of a court-issued ceasefire decision, the Hamas movement commits to adhering to the ceasefire as long as Israel also abides by it," stated the group on Thursday.
