Jubilee Hills Inspector Muttu Yadav has been suspended for lapses in registering the FIR and failing to arrest former OSD Sumanth, linked to Minister Konda Surekha.
BRS sources said the police arrived at Srinivas's residence on at around 5 am on Thursday morning, to arrest him. They stated that the police had neither issued a notice or a warrant no notice was issued as per law
