Police registered a case after a Class 1 student in Bengaluru was allegedly forced to stand in the sun for two hours as punishment for arriving late at a private school in Yelahanka, prompting action under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015
Child Protection Unit Officer G Mahender Reddy said that they received information early in the morning on Monday about the infant crying in the graveyard, and rushed to the spot immediately.
