Latest comments come amid heightened animosities over North's recent disclosure of nuclear facility, its continuation of missile tests

According to North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim witnessed the "splendid" military parade commemorating the founding anniversary at Kim Il Sung Square.
