The Maharashtra Legislative Council’s privileges committee has summoned comedian Kunal Kamra and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sushma Andhare over alleged derogatory remarks against Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. They have been asked to appear for a hearing on Thursday
