A 23-year-old woman died after an acid attack in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, while her mother remains critical. Police said an unidentified attacker entered their home at night and poured acid on them as they slept. Investigation is underway
The primary suspect, Mukesh Rajbhar, and his associate, Suraj Rajbhar, were arrested within 24 hours of the attack, which took place in a village under the Hanumanganj police jurisdiction, Superintendent of Police Santosh Mishra said.
