The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has issued uniform guidelines for processing and issuing Occupancy Certificates (OCs) to non-high-rise buildings constructed as per sanctioned plans, even after building permissions have lapsed. The guidelines are applicable only to non-high-rise buildings.
